Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with Bubble Tot Cleaning, LLC (“Bubble Tot Cleaning”) you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Services Offered:

Bubble Tot Cleaning provides cleaning services for car seats, strollers, high chairs, and related gear. Services must be scheduled in advance; availability may vary. All cleaning is performed strictly in accordance with each manufacturer’s safety guidelines using only non-toxic, approved cleaning products. However, Bubble Tot Cleaning reserves the right to use the manufacturer’s safety guidelines for Graco products if Bubble Tot Cleaning cannot readily determine the manufacturer’s safety guidelines for the car seats, strollers, high chairs, and related gear Bubble Tot Cleaning has been asked to clean.

 

2. Appointments & Cancellations:

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, Bubble Tot Cleaning will charge a $25 late cancelation fee.

For no-show of a scheduled appointment without notice, Bubble Tot Cleaning will charge the full fee for the booked service.

 

3. Payment:

Payment is due on completion of the booked services, unless otherwise agreed. Late cancellation fees and no-show fees are due when they occur.

 

4. Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for ensuring items are dropped off and picked up on time (if applicable) and for removing all personal items before service. Bubble Tot Cleaning is not responsible for personal items left in the item to be cleaned. If pickup/drop-off is provided, the customer must be available at the agreed time or Bubble Tot Cleaning may impose an additional pickup/drop-off fee.

 

5. Service Limitations:

Bubble Tot Cleaning will not clean:

Items with mold or mildew,

Damaged car seats or strollers,

Expired car seats,

Items under active manufacturer recall, and

Any gear that has been in a motor vehicle collision.

 

Customers are responsible for informing Bubble Tot Cleaning of any of the above conditions.

 

6. Biohazard Materials:

Bubble Tot Cleaning reserves the right to charge additional fees (or refuse service entirely) if items contain biohazardous materials (vomit, urine, feces, blood).

 

7. Results Disclaimer:

While we do our best to deliver excellent results, some stains, wear, fading, or damage may be permanent and cannot be removed by cleaning. Bubble Tot Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing issues or damage to the items presented to us for cleaning. As a cleaning service, Bubble Tot Cleaning is not responsible for the structural integrity of the items presented to us for cleaning, including the strength of straps, the sufficiently of padding, or the safety or design of the item.

 

8. Liability:

Where they are readily available to us, Bubble Tot Cleaning follows all manufacturer guidelines for cleaning, including approved methods for cleaning straps, padding, and plastic components. We reserve the right to use the manufacturer’s safety guidelines of Graco if Bubble Tot Cleaning cannot readily determine the manufacturer’s cleaning safety guidelines for the item presented for cleaning. While we take great care, we are not liable for any damage, malfunction, or injury that may occur following cleaning, including in the event of a car accident. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to reinstall the car seat correctly and ensure it remains in safe working condition. Refer to your seat’s manual or manufacturer for installation guidance. Bubble Tot Cleaning makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the products or services provided under this Agreement. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUBBLE TOT CLEANING HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, LIABILITY IN TORT, AND LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Further, Bubble Tot Cleaning’s limit of liability under this agreement shall be the amount paid to Bubble Tot Cleaning for its cleaning services.  

 

9. Turnaround Time:

Standard turnaround is 12–24 hours unless otherwise specified. However, Bubble Tot Cleaning cannot and does not guarantee that it can always meet the standard turnaround time for service. Rush service may be available for an additional fee.

 

10. Right to Refuse Service:

Bubble Tot Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or item at our discretion, including but not limited to items in unsafe or unsanitary condition. Bubble Tot Cleaning further reserves the right to refuse or terminate service relationships for repeated late cancellations, non-payment, or abusive conduct.

 

11. Unclaimed Items:

Items not picked up within 7 calendar days of completion (unless prior arrangements are made) will be considered abandoned. Bubble Tot Cleaning is not responsible for the condition or storage of abandoned items, and storage fees may apply.

 

12. No Guarantee of Safety Compliance, Pre- or Post-Cleaning:

Cleaning does not guarantee that an item meets current safety regulations or manufacturer requirements. Customers are responsible for confirming with the manufacturer that their item is safe for use.

 

13. Force Majeure:

Bubble Tot Cleaning is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, power outages, illness, or supply chain disruptions.

 

14. Indemnification:

You shall to the fullest extent permitted by law indemnify, defend, protect, and hold Bubble Tot Cleaning, its members, managers, and employees harmless against and from all claims, damages,and liabilities, including our expenses, arising from use of the item(s) cleaned by us after cleaning.

 

15. Media Consent:

By booking, you grant Bubble Tot Cleaning permission to take before/after photos of your items for training or marketing purposes. Identifiable customer information will not be shown. You may opt out by notifying us in writing before your appointment.

 

16. Agreement:

By booking, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized representative of the items and release Bubble Tot Cleaning from any liability related to the cleaning process.

 

17. Changes to Terms:

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

 

18.  Severability:

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties, superseding prior representations.

SNOO Rental Agreement

By renting a SNOO Smart Sleeper from Bubble Tot Cleaning (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“Renter,” “you”) agree to the following terms.

1. Equipment & Use

You are renting the SNOO Smart Sleeper and all included accessories (e.g., mattress, fitted sheet, sleep sacks) for personal, non-commercial use. The SNOO is a responsive infant sleep system intended for infants from birth until they can consistently roll over or reach manufacturer limits. Caregivers must always follow the manufacturer’s safety and use instructions, including placing the infant on their back in a Happiest Baby-approved sleep sack and using the provided power adapter as instructed.

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins on the scheduled delivery or pickup date and ends on the scheduled return or pickup date (“Rental Period”). If you continue to use the SNOO beyond the agreed Rental Period without notifying us, you may owe additional rental charges until the unit is returned.

3. Cleaning & Sanitation

Each SNOO unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between rentals using manufacturer-recommended and industry-standard methods. You agree to maintain cleanliness during your rental and to return the unit in a similar sanitary condition. A cleaning fee may be charged if significant stains, odors, or biohazards require extra cleaning beyond normal use.

4. Damage, Loss & Liability

You are responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the SNOO unit or accessories beyond normal wear and tear. This includes:

• Damage to the unit, mattress, or electrical components

• Missing parts or accessories

• Damage caused by misuse, alteration, or failure to follow manufacturer or Bubble Tot Cleaning instructions

In such cases, you agree to pay repair or replacement costs (up to the current retail or repair value). If the SNOO is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond economical repair, replacement costs may apply in full. Your credit card on file may be charged for these amounts.

5. Early Return & Termination

If you choose to return the SNOO before the scheduled end of the Rental Period, contact us in advance to arrange return logistics and any applicable refunds or prorated charges. Early returns may be subject to a minimum rental period. In the event of non-payment, misuse, or breach of this agreement, we may terminate the rental early and require immediate return of the equipment.

6. No Warranty Beyond Manufacturer’s Terms

The SNOO unit is provided “as-is” for the rental term. Any warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer’s existing warranty, if applicable, and not by Bubble Tot Cleaning. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for details.

7. California Consumer Rights

This agreement is governed by California law where applicable. You may have additional statutory rights under California consumer protection laws that are not limited by this agreement.

8. Acknowledgment

By completing your booking and agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this rental agreement and to follow all applicable safety and manufacturer use instructions.
