Each SNOO unit is professionally cleaned, inspected, and prepared prior to delivery so you receive a clean, ready-to-use system that aligns with safety and comfort standards.

Rental Options & Pricing
Choose the rental length that best fits your family’s needs:
• 1-Month Smart Sleeper Rental — $150
• 3-Month Smart Sleeper Rental — $375
• 6-Month Smart Sleeper Rental — $650
Rental periods begin on the scheduled delivery or pickup date and end on the agreed return date. Delivery and pickup details will be coordinated during booking.

• Professional cleaning and inspection prior to delivery
All cleaning and preparation is completed using manufacturer-recommended and non-toxic methods, consistent with our baby gear cleaning standards.
How the Rental Process Works

3. We schedule delivery or pickup
4. Use the unit during your rental period
5. Return the unit or schedule pickup at the end of the rental term
Rental extensions may be available based on availability. Please contact us before your rental period ends if you need additional time.
Rental FAQ
How long do most families rent a unit?
Most families use the unit from birth until their baby consistently rolls over or reaches the manufacturer’s usage limits. Rental length varies depending on individual sleep needs.
Is the unit cleaned between rentals?
Yes. Every unit is professionally cleaned and inspected between rentals using manufacturer-approved and non-toxic cleaning methods.
Can I return the unit early or extend my rental?
Early returns are allowed but all sales are final. Please contact us in advance to coordinate return logistics. Rental extensions are subject to availability.
What happens if the unit is damaged or missing parts?
Renters are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, missing components, or misuse. Repair or replacement charges may apply.
Can I clean the unit myself during the rental?
Light surface cleaning is fine. Do not soak, disassemble, or clean the unit using methods outside manufacturer guidelines. If you’re unsure, please contact us before cleaning.
What if the unit stops working during my rental?
If you experience a technical issue, contact us promptly so we can help troubleshoot or determine next steps.
Does renting a unit guarantee better sleep?
No. The unit is a consumer sleep product and results vary by baby. We do not guarantee specific sleep outcomes.
Important Use & Safety Information
The SNOO Smart Sleeper must be used in accordance with all manufacturer instructions at all times. Caregivers are responsible for proper setup, supervision, and safe use throughout the rental period.

The Second Life Program
Give your smart sleeper a second life, even if you can’t sell it.
Have a SNOO you’re no longer using? Whether it’s in great working condition, no longer functional, or something you haven’t had luck selling, the Second Life Program offers a simple, responsible option.
Eligible SNOOs may receive up to $150 in Bubble Tot Cleaning service credit, based on condition and functionality.
How It Works
• Working SNOOs may qualify for higher service credit
• Damaged or non-working SNOOs may still qualify for partial credit if components can be safely reused
• All units are reviewed prior to acceptance
Service credit can be used toward eligible Bubble Tot Cleaning services, including gear cleaning and SNOO rentals.
